Returns & Exchanges

At Umbra, we want you to love your home decor, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Umbra packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all hardware or manuals.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
